What we offer
Our services.
We specialize in residential driveways, providing asphalt sealcoating to protect your asphalt. We also provide pressure washing, which helps the sealcoat adhere properly to the asphalt, providing protection for years to come.

01 · Service
Driveway Sealcoating
A protective layer that locks out water and UV, and helps protect against the elements that age asphalt prematurely.
Sealcoating forms a protective barrier over your asphalt, blocking out water — the primary cause of cracking, softening, and premature deterioration. Beyond protection, it also improves surface cleanliness: a sealed driveway is smoother and easier to sweep, reducing the dust, sand, and grit that gets tracked into your home.
We start with a thorough cleaning and edge trimming, then handle prep work — oil-spot priming, hand-cutting around hardscape and garage entries, and masking anything that needs to stay clean. The seal coat itself goes on in one or two coats, depending on the condition of the asphalt — hand cut and squeegeed or broomed.
Most homeowners on the Central Coast benefit from a fresh seal every 18 to 24 months. We'll tell you honestly when yours needs one — and when it doesn't.
02 · Service
Pothole Repair
Targeted repair of worn, broken, or alligatored sections — before they take the rest of the driveway with them.
Pothole repair is what we do when a section of driveway has failed past the point of sealing. Maybe a tree root pushed it up, maybe the base gave out, maybe a heavy vehicle parked on a hot day cracked it through. Whatever the cause, the failed area needs to be rebuilt.
We use high-quality cold patch. A quality cold patch can make your potholes disappear, removing the dangers of tripping and falling, and your driveway will become much more pleasing to the eye. We can patch and sealcoat the patch in the same day.

03 · Service
Pressure Washing
Pressure washing makes the surface super clean, allowing for strong adherence of the material.
We recommend pressure washing when the driveway is extra dirty with stuck-on dirt, sand, and grime.
A clean surface is what lets the sealcoat adhere properly to the asphalt — washing first means the protection lasts for years to come.
